Zane you are 11 months old today!

You are 11 months old today and I cannot believe how fast you have grown from a baby who slept all the time to a kid who never stops moving for a second. You love to play whether you are playing by yourself, with a friend, with your momma or daddy or with one of your grandparents you are always having fun! I love to watch you play by yourself because you get so engrossed with what you are doing you forget about everything else, UNLESS the kitty comes around then you are instantly chasing after her. You are Mommy's little man and you have made my life complete! I cannot remember what it was even like without you! You have just filled your daddy's & my life with so much. We are always talking about you. It's like we don't have anything else to talk about but you because you are what matters to us now.
All my life I dreamed of being a momma and the day I found out I was pregnant with you I was the happiest lady in the world! For those first few months when we didn't know if you were a boy or girl... I was secretly wishing you were a boy so that I could have a "momma's boy" and on that wonderful day in January when we found out that you were indeed a boy I was happier then I had ever been in my entire life! UNTIL May 21st, 2010... that day when my water broke and I knew that you would be there in a few long hours. I was so excited and so nervous all at the same time... but all I knew and all that mattered was that I was going to finally meet my precious baby boy! Once you were finally here it was really hard for me because I had a C-section so I couldn't hold you right away and that was torture to me! All I wanted to do was hold you... I had a VERY long recovery and so it took even longer for me to be able to hold you. But that second that they put you into my arms I NEVER wanted to let you go and I was in love with you. I couldn't believe that you were actually here and in my arms and that you were mine. You truly were my little miracle and the "new" love of my life. At that moment I didn't think I could ever love you more than I did when I first got to hold you but I was totally wrong. Every single day I love you more & more & more! And to make things even better you are definitely a "momma's boy"... which makes this momma one very happy lady.
I love you my son and I cannot believe that you are one month from being a year old today! But every day you learn something new and I love to watch you grow and learn because I learn with you every day. I have learned more from you then I ever learned in school. You mean the world to me and I will always be there for you. You are the love of my life (besides your daddy of course!) and have completely fulfilled my entire life.
