1. Favorite snack food: Double Stuf Oreos, hands down (do they count as snack food??)

2. Favorite place you've ever visited:Pismo Beach, California. Loooooove it there!! My husband and his family have gone there for many years for family reunions and we got to go together for our honeymoon. Such a beautiful, quaint little place!

3. Favorite movie: {I have too many} but if I had to narrow it down I would say: An Affair to Remember, Singing in the Rain, Return to Me, & Hot Rod :)

4. Favorite childhood memory: camping with my whole family every Labor Day weekend or spending the summers with my cousins in Snowflake, AZ. to this day, I have never been able to top those camping experiences! 

5. Favorite candle scent: currently we have a pumpkin spice candle burning in our house and I love it!! 

6. Favorite way to travel: probably plane but I haven't tried that yet with a toddler so maybe that would change :) 

7. Favorite Starbucks drink: {I don't drink coffee} but I do LOVE their Strawberries & Creme Frap!

8. All time favorite meal: In N' Out cheeseburger 

{animal style} 

with fries and a Neapolitan milkshake

9. If you could be on a reality show which one would you choose?:this is a hard one.... I always wanted to be on America's Next Top Model! But I'm too short & I would completely fail miserably at posing... but it would be so fun to get all dressed up for photo shoots! 

10. A fun fact about you: When I was 5, my family lived in Poland for a year and used to be fluent in Polish! But then I moved back to the states and forgot most of it :)

I once drove through a drive through backwards. HA!

It was one of those twisty ones and when I got to the window I was confused why the window was on the left side of my car.  

It was too difficult to back out of so everyone in the drive through hard to back out so I could drive forward. Embarrassing!

I really love hummus and pita bread.

If that's in the house it's my go to snack!

My favorite place to go hiking and camping Joshua Tree in California,

This is a hard one.

I love Forest Gump, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Old School.

4. Favorite childhood memory:

I can remember my grandpa singing to me when I was a little girl.

I pretended like I wanted him to stop, 

but I secretly loved it!

We don't really burn candles in our house because my son has allergies,

but I love the scent of coconut.

So if I could, 

it would be that scent.

6. Favorite way to travel:

Oh brother, 

I am so afraid to fly.

If I can I drive.

I'm in love with Starbucks' skinny hazelnut iced coffee.

YUMMMM!

My all time favorite meal is a Thanksgiving dinner!

Turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing...

I think being on the Amazing Race would be fun with my husband.

1. Favorite snack food:

Crackers with sharp cheddar cheese or pita bread & hummus.

2. Favorite place you've ever visited:

This is a tough one- 

I absolutely LOVE to travel and have been blessed to be able to do this through out my life- 

just picking ONE is hard, 

but I'll go with Gotland. 

It's a small island off the coast of Sweden in the Baltic sea. 

I went there this past summer on our honeymoon/pre-baby moon with my husband and our two besties (who live in Northern, Sweden.) 

We took a 3 hour boat trip over from Stockholm 

(my other favorite place to visit!) 

and spent 4 days camping right on the baltic sea, exploring old castles, shopping, and relaxing. 

It was magical. 

At night it never got all the way dark 

(land of the midnight sun!) 

but the air would get all misty from the Baltic so it was like it was raining and sunny at the same time. 

Seriously so amazing.

3. Favorite movie:

I'm a total Twihard, 

YES one of those, 

so of course all the Twilight movies, 

Love the Harry Potter movies as well, 

Dirty Dancing and 

The Girl with the Dragon tattoo series 

(the ones in Swedish, but I'm super excited to see the American version when it comes out!)

4. Favorite childhood memory:

Oh gosh. 

Hardest question ever!! 

I feel like I had some an amazing, magical childhood, 

it's probably why I strive SO hard to give Jasper the best childhood, 

knowing it can probably never compete with mine! 

We moved and traveled quite a bit living in different countries when I was younger due to my dads job as a corporate traveling chef, 

so while I have crazy memories like riding elephants in Thailand 

and playing with our pet monkey in Bali 

(yes, true story) 

the fondest memories I have are of playing G. I Joe's with my older brother 

(I'm the middle of FIVE!) 

in the little stream next to our house in Ljusdal, Sweden. 

It was a daily occurrence in the summer and I loved being out in the summer, 

playing in the creek with him. 

We would catch tadpoles and little frogs and build little separate pools for them. 

5. Favorite candle scent:

Lily of the Valley.

6. Favorite way to travel:

Train!! 

Jasper and I take and have been taking the train from Denver, CO 

(where we live) 

back to Iowa 

(where Drew and my families both live) 

to visit family since he was 4-5 months old and I LOVE it. 

The train always rocks us both to sleep. 

Plus if we get bored we can get up and walk the entire train, 

many hours have been spent walking up and down the train to keep my busy little boy occupied. 

Plus we always meet/observe a lot of interesting people on the train!! 

When we lived in Sweden two years ago for 7 months we didn't have a car 

and spent 7 months traveling up and down Sweden and Norway. 

If you haven't taken a long distance train somewhere you MUST! 

It's the best/easiest/most interesting way to travel, especially with kids! 

7. Favorite Starbucks drink :

Ice Caramel Macchiato in the summer 

and Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte 

or White Chocolate Mocha in the winter.

8. All time favorite meal:

Swedish meatballs with au gratin potatoes with a side of cucumber salad. 

Or Swedish pizza! 

But since I can't get/make that here I'll go with the meatballs :)

9. If you could be on a reality show which one would you choose?:

Amazing Race! 

Drew and I say we want to do this someday- 

maybe even with our kids as they are older? 

They get to travel EVERYWHERE and doing it with your family would be the best vacay ever!

10. A fun fact about you:

I grew up living all over the world, 

different parts of the US, Sweden, Bali, Indonesia- 

and my biggest goal for our family is to move abroad again. 

It was the best experience!

going to bear lake every summer. 

You're in your swim suit all day and all night, water skiing, playing at the beach, roasting s'mores.

on a cruise! 

It's cheap, its super fun, you get to see 3-4 different locations, 

food all the time, 24 hour soft serve, 

and it's usually always to a tropical place!

 non-fat white chocolate mocha

8. All time favorite meal: 

anything involving pasta. 

I love a good carbo load night.

Add in some chicken parmigiana and some pasta...

ahhh I'm in heaven

9. If you could be on a reality show which one would you choose?:

 probably jersey shore- sike!

It would have to be project runway. 

I need to learn how to sew really well first. 

10. A fun fact about you: 

I'm an all natural blonde yes these roots don't lie 

(cause they're blonde..baaaa) 

I'm allergic to malt which means I have to keep my fountain soda Dr. Peppers to a minimum which is a total blessing and a curse because I would probably consume about 80 liters a day if I didn't have this little problem-o of mine.

I love to snack on salt & vinegar chips. 

Not the healthiest but so good.

My favorite place that I've visited would definitely have to be Las Vegas.

I have so many favorite movies but The Notebook is definitely at the top of that list.

4. Favorite childhood memory:

Playing house and 

"cars" with my cousins would be probably be one of my favorite childhood memories.

My all time favorite scent would definitely have to be anything with cinnamon.

 I don't really have a favorite way to travel but flying was pretty fun. 

Once I got over the panic attack.

I love the Caramel Brulee Latte they have at Christmas. 

Any other time it's the Cinnamon Dolce Latte. 

If you're referring to cold drinks then it would definitely have to be the Iced Passion Tea Lemonade.

I would have to say that Chinese food is my favorite. 

I could eat it everyday.

9. If you could be on one reality show which one would you chose?:

I don't know why but I've always wanted to be on The Real World. 

Then, on one of the Challenges. :)

I don't know if you'd consider it a fun fact but I have 5 tattoos.

My favorite place I've visited is Europe.  

I was taken there when I was 17 years old as a graduation gift and would love to go back someday with my husband.

4. Favorite childhood memory:

One of my favorite childhood memories is when my family would go camping with a bunch of our friends.  It was always a good time.

I have quite a few candles but always forget to light them! :)

My favorite way to travel is by car.

Sydney, Australia. 

Sam and I spent two weeks there a couple years before Parker was born

and I still say I left my heart in Sydney.

It's seriously Heaven on Earth.

Yikes this one is hard.

I'm gonna just roll with the Christmas theme 

and say "A Christmas Story" is ONE of my all time faves.

I'm a sucker for watching it over & over during the 24 hour marathon every year on TBS.

Christmas morning!

Isn't that every kid's favorite?

Waking up and seeing our stockings stuffed full

and all the fun new things out that weren't there the night before.

Seriously the. best.

5. Favorite candle scent:
I'm a sucker for all food-desserty-related scents.
Christmas cookie & Sticky Cinnamon Bun are the first that come to mind.

6. Favorite way to travel:
By air! 
I love airports and the excitement that goes with them.
Getting airport food, 
a new magazine, 
and knowing that you'll get to your destination quickly is pretty much the best.

7. Favorite Starbucks drink :
Vente Peppermint Hot Chocolate w/ whip.

8. All time favorite meal:
I'm really just a meat and potatoes kinda girl.
Give me one of Sam's BBQ'd steaks w/ a big ol' baked potato with all the fixins 
and I'm a happy girl!

9. If you could be on a reality show which one would you choose?:
The Biggest Loser! 
Not to lose crazy amounts of weight or anything but I am kinda obsessed with working out 
and being able to just dedicate all kinds of time to getting in shape sounds awesome.

10. A fun fact about you:
I'm a total night owl.
I haven't gone to bed before 1:00 am in months!
I don't think it's physically possible for me to be in bed any earlier than that.
